What influenced your decision to partner with Guestcentric?
Prior to partnering with Guestcentric, we noticed our hotel websites were becoming increasingly outdated. This was both in terms of the guest experience on the front-end and also operationally for those of us managing the content, offers, and prices behind the scenes.
We started to look at different options, gathering many proposals from a variety of tech providers. Guestcentric’s proposal stood out to us with the offer to recreate all our hotel websites from scratch together with us. In the demo, we also learned that the Guestcentric CRS would enable us to seamlessly update content, launch new promotions, or publish last-minute offers based on seasons and demand. And of course, we were also drawn to the possibility of having a fully centralized and integrated solution that everyone on our team could easily use to manage both our websites and reservations.

What have been some of the highlights of your partnership with Guestcentric thus far?
Since partnering with Guestcentric, we’ve seen a huge growth in our direct channel performance, and this is definitely the greatest highlight. With little to zero commissions on Booking, combined with a competitive ADR, it’s very clear that our direct channel is the top performer on a monthly basis.
It’s quite impressive the exponential growth our direct channel has undergone since we partnered with Guestcentric, and this is because we now have a solution that allows us to be dynamic in implementing our digital marketing and sales strategy.
