Prior to partnering with Guestcentric, how did you feel about your previous Hotel Booking Engine and GDS solution?
Although our previous provider was moderately adequate, we found their booking engine outdated. Throughout our partnership with them, we encountered many technical issues that could not be resolved in a timely manner, including difficulties decreasing rate plans and a significant volume of overbookings.
The platform was also not very flexible, and every time we needed to make a modification to an existing booking, that booking would then register as a new booking rather than a modification.
What influenced your decision to switch solutions?
Although we were already considering moving to a different solution, incidentally, a representative from our previous provider recommended Guestcentric. When the Guestcentric team gave us our first demo, we were soon attracted to the promise of a quick setup and onboarding process.
When researching shortly thereafter, it was evident that Guestcentric had a far superior product to all others in Romanian market. Therefore, the decision to switch was a no-brainer.
