Prior to partnering with Guestcentric, how did you feel about your previous Hotel Booking Engine and GDS solution?

Although our previous provider was moderately adequate, we found their booking engine outdated. Throughout our partnership with them, we encountered many technical issues that could not be resolved in a timely manner, including difficulties decreasing rate plans and a significant volume of overbookings.

The platform was also not very flexible, and every time we needed to make a modification to an existing booking, that booking would then register as a new booking rather than a modification.

What influenced your decision to switch solutions?

Although we were already considering moving to a different solution, incidentally, a representative from our previous provider recommended Guestcentric. When the Guestcentric team gave us our first demo, we were soon attracted to the promise of a quick setup and onboarding process.

When researching shortly thereafter, it was evident that Guestcentric had a far superior product to all others in Romanian market. Therefore, the decision to switch was a no-brainer.

In your view, what are some of the benefits you have received or expect to receive from using Guestcentric's solutions?

I am very satisfied with Guestcentric’s Hotel Booking Engine and GDS. Both are very stable solutions that continue to perform extremely well for us, not only in terms of generating more direct bookings for our hotel, but also synchronizing with other channels, OTAs, and wholesalers.

Anyone can create special rates, offers, and promotions on the system, which then seamlessly map with other partners and channels we have.

How Likely are you to Recommend Guestcentric’s Customer Service and Product to your peers in the industry and why?

I am extremely satisfied with both Guestcentric’s solutions and customer service, and would highly recommend them to my peers in the industry. In terms of customer support, the response time is extremely fast and efficient. On the rare occasions where we have issues, the Guestcentric team typically resolves them on the same day or within 24 hours. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for an issue to be solved.

Guestcentric’s customer support team is very professional, capable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to Pedro Silva, Goncalo Bouhon, Tiago Ferro, and Manuel Lima who are all excellent guys and never hesitate to help out when we need it. Overall, I am extremely happy with Guestcentric - the people, and the product.

What is your favourite feature from Guestcentric’s Integrated Website & Booking Engine Solution?

Definitely the rates and availability calendar. I can make the changes in the calendar very quickly. This feature must be the top choice for everyone, due to how it saves time and makes operations much more efficient.
