We partnered with Guestcentric in 2016 to deploy our first in-house GDS. Although we have received offers from other providers since partnering with Guestcentric, the pricing and fees models were never attractive to us. Overall we are satisfied with Guestcentric’s GDS, have grown familiar with this solution over the years, and find the platform extremely user friendly. Therefore, we continue our partnership with Guestcentric.

Having all our information in one unified platform has been very helpful to our business operations. Whether it’s finding credit card confirmation details or reviewing any no-shows, it’s very easy to store, locate, and share information between departments using the Guestcentric’s centralised reservations platform.
