Payment methods

GuestCentric provides four alternate methods of payment:

• Credit Card
• PayPal (to accounting@guestcentric.com)
• Wire Transfer
• ADD (Automatic Direct Debit) [Spain only]
• SDD (Automatic Direct Debit ) [Portugal only]

*Please note that we do not accept payments by check

Payment with credit cards

One time transaction

To pay with credit card please click on the following link  : http://www.guestcentric.com/billing-information/

• Insert your property name in the field Hotel Name from the billing information page
• Add the amount to be paid in Amount field. Please note you should use dot (.) instead of comma (,) to separate the decimals
• Click on Submit button
• Fill in the PayPal form with the credit card details and complete the payment
• If you have a PayPal account you can pay directly from your PayPal account to accounting@guestcentric.com

Automated payment (Subscription)

(Only for customers with Fixed fee Plan)

• The payments are made automatically on the first day of the month
• A subscription link is sent
• You need to have a PayPal account. You can open one free of charge here

ADD (Automatic Direct Debit) [Spain only]

(for Spanish customers)

• The payer authorizes the payee to collect the amounts due from his/her account
• Direct debit does not imply bank charges for the payers

• Complete and return the attached form with all necessary data to accounting@guestcentric.com or by FAX to +349 33 961-876

SDD (Automatic Direct Debit) [Portugal only]

• It can be activated at an ATM using the following information :  the creditor number 107595 and the authorization number ( you can request it to accounting@guestcentric.com)
• Or you can send the following form filled in at your bank : Authorization direct debit PT  .Please contact us to give you the authorization number
