International partners such as OTA Insight, Host Hotel Systems, SiteMinder, Tesipro and Small Danish Hotels join GuestCentric in 15 events across 14 European cities, with 12+ speakers

GuestCentric, the leading provider of cloud-based digital marketing software for hotels, announced today the second edition of its “The Digital Future of your Hotel” roadshow, a series of events and workshops directed at hoteliers, to be held under the general theme “How to grow your revenue with the right balance between your direct channel and OTAs”. Together with leading companies from the travel industry – such as OTA Insight, Host Hotel Systems, SiteMinder, Tesipro and Small Danish Hotels –, GuestCentric will be promoting the debate in 15 events across 14 European cities in 6 countries, with 12+ speakers. The first event takes place June 5 in Funchal, Portugal, followed shortly by Barcelona, Spain, on June 19.

“The Digital Future of your Hotel” roadshow objective is to bring together industry experts and hoteliers to discuss new tools and new market trends that present challenges but also opportunities for independent hotels and boutique brands. “We believe that we’re entering the age of direct bookings and we aim to provide hoteliers with the best tools to fulfill that future”, said Pedro Colaco, CEO of GuestCentric. “With this type of events, we and our partners aim to share our knowledge with hoteliers so that they can develop a successful, integrated digital strategy that accounts for the rise of direct bookings and also for OTAs and other players, such as metasearch websites or price comparison engines”, he concluded.

In 2017, the roadshow took GuestCentric and its partners across Portugal and Spain. This time around, alongside the Iberian Peninsula, England, Scotland, Netherlands and Denmark will also host roadshow events. The full list of events is as follows:
