19 Sep Booking Engine Google Tracking Manager and Analytics tracking
GuestCentric just launched a new feature that enables our clients to track, through Google Tag Manager, the following data in Google Analytics:
- Booking Engine Pageviews
- Booking Engine Goals
- Booking Engine Ecommerce
This new feature also improved Google Analytics campaigns data tracking with parameters (utm_campaign, utm_source, utm_medium etc.), allowing a better campaign analysis from Pageviews and Conversions (whether Goals or Ecommerce).
Now, besides the current data hoteliers already have in their Google Analytics, with this feature they will have:
- Goal data
- Ecommerce transaction data, which will have offer name, total stay, products (if any), add ons (if any) and campaign data (if any).
