We’re looking for Hotel Digital Marketers!

 

Job Role

The AGcy is the youngest department at GuestCentric. We provide hotels with an extra layer of services that help them to implement a digital strategy for their hotels.

We are looking for hoteliers that have a passion for digital marketing and technology and want to help our customers to build their brands online.

You will expand your knowledge of web traffic analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Search console. With this knowledge, you will be able to improve our customers positioning and conversion ratios. Looking for different strategies to generate visibility for our customers, avoiding the fierce competition from the main OTA’s will also be one of the challenges you will face.

Your creativity and knowledge will be of unquestionable value during the customer monthly reviews by bringing your educated views to the table, making the team think of new successful revenue strategies for our customers.

In this job you’ll become a GuestCentric guru, being able to manage all types of content for our customers as well as managing integrations and new mappings.

Your communication skills, enthusiasm, in-depth knowledge of the customer details and their data during the monthly meetings with our customers will be a key factor of the department success, so you should be a dynamic person who is open, professional and a good team player with a sense of humor.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentrelevantexperienceinrelatedarea(Tourism or Digital Marketing);
  • Experience working in a multinational company (preferred);
  • Strong knowledge of OTAs, channel management and PMS (preferred);
  • Excellent listening and customer-facing skills (oral and written) in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
  • Positive: proactive and keen to learn new things;
  • Resourceful: a general “can do” attitude – ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done using creativity and flexibility;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision;
  • Emotional control and stress resistance and the ability to work in a constantly demanding environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of “ticketing” tools.
