New pre-stay e-mail template
Reading Time: < 1 minuteWe just release a new feature that allows you to send a pre-stay e-mail for all your guests.
This e-mail is sent for all your reservation, except from channels, made 48 hours before the check-in date. Besides the usual information, the pre-stay e-mail includes also a weather forecast (always only 3 days).
The pre-stay e-mail template can be seen and edited from “Setup” > “Email Templates”. This template uses a different template design, that can be seen in the “Email templates design” option. It can also be customized, just like all other templates.
This new template is automatically translated when a new language is added. To see or edit the translation, just go to “Website” > “Tools” > “Translate setup”.
