We are currently recruiting for our Sales and Marketing department:

Account Managers for the U.S. and U.K

You will be part of the sales team and will be assigned a sales region that you will cover remotely via phone and email. Travel to the designated sales region may be required

This position includes an aggressive commission plan

Your job will be:

  • To uncover, qualify and generate new sales opportunities
  • Close new business opportunities and help support customers

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong desire in Sales

MANDATORY Abilities Required

  • English Communication: Superior written and oral skills in English, as you will be dealing exclusively with English-speaking customers.
  • Passion and Energy: Passion for sales. Enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility and a desire to work on an innovative international team.
  • Courteous: Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers. Must possess great phone, email and inter-personal skills

Knowledge and Skills

  • 1-2 years of sales or marketing: must have track record of sales and marketing to a diverse group of customers
  • Microsoft Office proficient: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Goal oriented: Efficient time management and working to goals and deadlines. Able to prioritize, execute and deliver on time.
  • Process oriented - Can start many tasks simultaneously and be able to work a plan of execution with a customer
  • Flexible and creative - Is able to “think on the fly” always working to satisfy customer needs and requirements
  • Team Player - Can accept constructive criticism as well as openly share ideas with peers and superiors

Desirable

  • International experience
  • Experience with CRM, i.e. salesforce.com products or similar
  • Hospitality industry experience: Preferably has a good understanding of the hospitality industry to effectively respond to customer concerns and questions
  • Experience with CRS and PMS software, e.g. Micros Fidelio and/or Opera, PAR Springer-Miller Host, etc.
  • A sense of humor

Manager of Online Sales

You will manage the team that is responsible for:

  • Hands-on experience with managing online campaigns, namely Google AdWords

Knowledge and Skills

  • 4-5 years experience, 1-2 years of sales and marketing: must have track record of sales and marketing to a diverse group of customers
  • Microsoft Office proficient: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Abilities Required

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly quota of qualified hotel leads through the implementation of online strategies and campaigns including Google Adwords and newsletter sponsorships
  • Define, manage and execute the conversion strategy for free trial customers, specifically creating and executing the communication strategy with the prospective customers during the 30-day trial
  • Provide management with sales budgets, monthly reports, market research and competitive information
  • Maintain computer database and customer prospect list within Sales Force
  • Provide direction to channel managers as it relates to their daily tasks, and specifically customer management, quality issues, credit problems, pricing, etc. Evaluate each situation & give recommendations for course of actions
  • Analyze and develop new segment growth opportunities, facilitate retention programs, keeping records of sales activity while increasing proficiency of sales staff to maximize sales opportunities
  • Effectively hire, manage, coach, develop and motivate a diverse team. Monitor team and individual performance against goals and correct where necessary

Web Designer

You will be part of the design team responsible for:

  • Developing new website designs
  • Develop new website templates

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in design/web design or related major or equivalent experience
  • Strong desire in Technology

Knowledge and Skills

  • Web design: Should have a good understanding of user interface ergonomics, usability and web 2.0 technologies
  • Web design tools proficient: HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Flash

Internship - Online Marketing Department

You will work with a team that is responsible for:

  • Establish and measure search engine optimization techniques (i.e. How to rank well on Google)
  • Benchmark customer web sites

Job requirements:

  • Masters in Management with specialization in Marketing (graduate or finalist)
  • Current or final average grade 15/20 minimum
