The purpose of this Internship is to train a professional to be able to develop e-commerce strategies for hotels, namely through the use of channel management tools. This is a central role in the company policy of providing an integrated service to our customers.
- Analysis, development of typologies, and mapping of hotel rooms in the channel management platform.
- Customer training.
- Resolutions and management of customers cases and requests.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality
- IEFP Eligibility
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce, including the management of Rate Parity and OTAs
- Superior written and oral skills in English and Spanish
- Outgoing personality
- Team Player
