Customer Support Intern
GuestCentric Support Team works with 1,500 clients in more than 40 countries, providing them technical support (by telephone, email and online by chat), training and performance analysis.
The goal of this Internship is to train a professional able to provide assistance and guidance to our customers and solve their questions. With the increase of support cases, the member of this team will need to have full knowledge of GuestCentric application. The Support Intern will have a significant influence on the management of SLA guarantees given by the company.
- Replying to calls, email, and online support chats, and register the interactions and cases in the case management platform (SalesForce.com)
- Cases resolutions (personally or by redirecting to the best person).
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Hospitality
- IEFP Eligibility
- Superior written and oral skills in English and Spanish
- Outgoing personality
- Team Player
