Customer Success Representative
The perfect candidate for this position has outstanding interpersonal skills and loves communicating with customers over the phone or by email. This evangelist is a organisation guru that doesn’t misses a beat under pressure. As a new Customer Success Representative you will fortunate to work the Marketing team that is responsible for:
- Setting up and train new customers on GuestCentric’s All-in-one platform
- Analysing and review customer performance and maximise customer success
- Setting up customers into GuestCentric support recourses
- Bachelor or Masters degree
- Hospitality or customer service experience
- Experience on OTA/Channel distribution is a plus
- Organised and Goals oriented: Efficient time management and working to goals and deadlines. Able to prioritize, execute and deliver on time;
- Analytical thinking: able to analyse, review and generate accurate reports.
- Passion: Passion for working with technology solutions. Enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility and a desire to work on an innovative international team.
- English & Spanish: GuestCentric is an international company. Superior written and oral skills in English and Spanish is required.
- Sense of humour.
